This course is an overview of the responsibilities, concerns, and functions that theatre management (Production Management, Technical Direction and Production Stage Management) are accountable for, in the mounting of a production(s). The resources, systems, logistics, and methods that are necessary components of the production process, are also be examined. Through the lens of a theatrical production general arts management techniques and skills will be explored.
