This course will build on the concepts explored in Experience Design 1 and push into the design of other types of interfaces (kiosk, car, watch, etc.) With understanding the experience and needs of the user, this course looks at how orchestrating experiences is the basis of what graphic designers do when they create and design new products. This course also looks at experience design as a component of a larger systems thinking mindset. The course will touch on service design and also thinking about touchpoints and channels.
