Wellness Coaches have the ability to apply theoretical knowledge and effective communication strategies to support client's self-awareness and motivation for change. Throughout this course students learn to apply behaviour change theories to facilitate lasting change. Students will gain skills to evoke client's self-awareness and personal motivation for change. Students will also learn to leverage technology to support clients in pursuing their goals.
