A critical component of effective Wellness Coaching is the integration of evidence-based health and wellness techniques to promote overall health. In the first of this two course sequence students examine the components of Lifestyle Medicine (nutrition, physical activity, avoiding unhealthy behaviours, sleep, stress management, and social connections) and their impact on well-being.
