This course consists of 200 hours of off-campus work placement that provides students with valuable exposure to the food and nutrition management field. Students will learn from experienced personnel in a professional work setting, while following a competency-based framework for learning. The placement experience provides students with valuable experience and networking opportunities in preparation for a career in nutrition and foodservice management.
