This course provides students with the tools required to assess a client s current fitness level and health status. Students also become proficient in using other assessment techniques for components of fitness such as: body composition, muscular strength and endurance, cardiorespiratory fitness, anaerobic fitness, flexibility, and power. Performance-related components of fitness are also assessed. This course helps to prepare students to take the CSEP-CPT or CEP exams.
