The Information Security: Certified Information System Security Professional (CISSP ) course is based on the ten security domains of the Common Book of Knowledge (CBK ) for information security. The CBK is maintained by the International Information Systems Security Certifications Consortium, (ISC) . (ISC) is a governing organization offering CISSP certification for security professionals globally. This non-credit course introduces and examines the ten security domains enabling students to better understand information security. Topics examined include: security management, architectural models, access controls, cryptography, security operations, network and application security, physical security, business continuity planning, security investigations and law.
