Construction Estimating

This course examines the principles and practice of measuring, preparing Quantity Take-offs and cost estimates required for a construction project. Particular emphasis attention must be paid to accuracy of the description, measurement and extensions. Understanding of Contracts and Specifications impact on the estimate will be reviewed.
