Interactive Media Design

This course guides students through the concepts of strategy and visual design of a website. Students learn to develop effective online strategies for websites. Following the strategy, the course explores layouts for web design, starting with wireframes through to completion of designs in Photoshop. Photoshop techniques are used in the creation of web designs for desktop, mobile and tablet devices. Learning outcomes from this course are further developed in subsequent Interactive Media Design courses throughout this program.
