Within this course, students develop team management skills through a guided development of a large scale interactive website. Students develop a clearly defined role on the project team that plays to their strengths. Each project is developed in a three-phase structure that incorporates feedback and is supported through industry-standard project management procedures. The project serves as vehicles to investigate team dynamics; project management techniques, such as Gantt charting; and design process, such as iterative design.
