This course provides students with practical insights into the factors which influence italian cuisine. Students are exposed to ingredients and recipes representative of the distinct regions of Italy. Students prepare and present contemporary Italian dishes, incorporating current styling concepts, as well as interpreting distinctive features that influence the comparative differences in the various regions of regions of Italy.
