Packaging CAD

Taught by a packaging specialist, this course introduces the students to a personal computer based CAD system. Operation skills will be acquired using ArtiosCAD software. This Windows- based application is widely used in both folding carton and corrugated fiberboard industries. The focus of software is to permit students to apply their CAD knowledge to drafting assignments and to gain confidence in using the software in a Windows environment. All learning outcomes are set within the context of the packaging theory and practice.
