Students and secondary instructors may receive a “Not Found. The specified resource was not found or you do not have permission to access it” error message when attempting to open attached files that were copied from another Blackboard Ultra course using the “Copy Content” feature.
We have reported this issue to Blackboard and they are working to fix it. Meanwhile, when performing a full course copy, we recommend that you export the course package and import into your new course.
If your course participants experience this error, please delete the broken files and reupload them.
