You can download Collaborate Ultra recordings as MP4 files. To download a Collaborate Ultra recording:
Locating Recordings in Blackboard Ultra
- Under the Details & Actions menu along the left side, locate Blackboard Collaborate and select the three dots button to the right.
- In the menu, select View all Recordings.
Downloading a Collaborate recording
- If required, use the Filter by menu to help you locate your recording.
- At the right of the name of the recording, select the Recording Options menu and select Download.
- Depending on the settings of your browser, you may be prompted for the location to save the file, or the recording may download directly into a predetermined location, such as your Downloads folder on your hard drive.
