We have discovered a new bug when using the Panopto Portal in Blackboard Ultra in the Firefox browser, the browser does not fully load the portal. Please see the below screenshot. This impacts employees and students as they cannot use the Panopto portal to view or create Panopto videos. We recommend using Google Chrome to receive the full functionality of the Panopto Portal until this bug is resolved.
