Management of Proposed Availability (UG - Manage CE Offerings)

If the course Level is set to Non-Postsecondary, an option for Manage CE Offerings will show up while managing the course. Proposed availability will only show when the Course Section data is not available (when registration is available for the same time period, it will override CCOA and pull registration content from the DCE).
