Pulled from HQ but sourced from SOS Database - managed by Banner Team.

Note: If the description field of a course is empty in the SOS database, then the Alternate description field in HQ will be used if it is populated for that course.

Pulled from HQ but sourced from SOS Database - managed by Banner Team.

4. Contact Information

Global Contact managed in HQ by Blackcat, manual override to customize contact managed through HQ module - CE Course Offering Attributes (CCOA).
