Start Date, Location and Typically Offered are populated with the content populated in the CCOA Module in HQ. CCOA has a User Group that can be made up of RO/CE Directors/Marketing etc, whomever is going to manage this date should be in the CCOA User Group

2. When registration data or proposed availability are not provided in the daily extract, or populated in the CCOA module (UG - Manage CE Offerings)

The automated "registration not available" message from HQ will appear
