Quick-Look schedule merges data from the start dates populated in proposed availability (CCOA) and the course section upload (Daily Extract)

Note: General electives (i.e. DMAS, GNED and BREADTH) are stored different in SOS DB - the quick-look availability dots do not show for these courses
