Check Balances and Accruals

Learn how to check your vacation & sick balances and accruals.

An Oracle Guided Learning (OGL) flow exists for this lesson. To learn this lesson within the system, follow the steps below:

1. Log into HRMS and click on the blue Guided Learning (GL) tab, located on the right.

2. In the GL search box, type “Check Balances and Accruals (Employee)”.

This knowledge article will show you how to check your balances and accruals.

1. Sign into Employee Direct Access (EDA) using your single sign-on ID and password.

2. Click ‘Time & Absences’. 

3. Click ‘Absence Balance’.

4. Click on the hyperlink of the plan to view summary and history details.

5. Plan balance will display.

6. Click on the ‘Summary’ arrow to expand and view balance details.
