Forecast Future Vacation Balances

Steps

The purpose of this knowledge article is to show employees how to forecast future vacation balances.

1. Sign into Employee Direct Access (EDA) using your single sign-on ID and password. 

2. Click ‘Time and Absence’. 

3. Click on ‘Actions’ pane and click ‘Maintain Absence Records’. 

4. Click ‘+ Add’ to add an absence record. Select Vacation Leave from the ‘Absence Type’ drop-down. 

5. Enter your ‘Start Date/ Duration, End Date/ Duration’. 

6. Click on the calculator icon beside ‘Balance’ to see how many vacation days are left. 

7. Click ‘Submit’.
