Add or Edit FOP to an Assignment 

Learn how to perform this action in the HRMS.

Steps

  1. Sign onto HRMS using your single sign-on ID and password.
  2. Under ‘Payroll’.
  3. Click on ‘Payroll Calculation’.
  4. On left hand side, Click on ‘Search Person’.
  5. Enter Employee name in ‘Keywords’.
  6. Click on ‘Search’ icon.
  7. On the required Employee, on the Right hand side, Click on ‘Actions’ icon.
  8. Click on ‘Manage Costing for a Person’.
  9. Under Costing for a Person Overview, Select an Assignment.
  10. Click on ‘Actions’ dropdown.
  11. Select ‘Create’.
  12. Click on ‘Create Costing’.
  13. Under Cost Accounts: Assignment: xxxxxxxxxxx, enter a Value for Percentage.
  14. Enter a value for Fund.
  15. Enter a value for Organization.
  16. Enter a value for Program.
  17. Click on ‘Done’.
  18. Edit an Existing FOP:.
  19. On the required Employee, on the Right hand side, Click on ‘Actions’ icon.
  20. Click on ‘Manage Costing for a Person’.
  21. Under Costing for a Person Overview, Select an Assignment.
  22. Click on ‘Edit’ dropdown.
  23. Select Update.
  24. Under Cost Accounts: Assignment: xxxxxxxxxxx, Select a Value for Percentage from dropdown.
  25. Select a Value for Fund from dropdown.
  26. Select a Value for Organization from dropdown.
  27. Select a Value for Program from dropdown.
  28. Click on ‘Submit’.
  29. Click on ‘Done’.
