Assignment Search Report
Lesson for full-time recruitment process
If required – you may need to perform this action during Creation of An Offer in Step 1, before proceeding to the next step.
Note: This is a mandatory step for Partial Load and Work-Study Contracts.
The Assignment Search Report is used to identify an employee’s current assignment which will then be input on the offer for a revised contract, secondment, and transfer/promotion.
1. Sign onto HRMS using your single sign-on ID and password.
2. Click ‘Talent Acquisition’.
3. Click ‘Assignment Search Report’.
4. Enter the employee’s ‘Last Name’.
5. Click ‘Apply’.
Note: The employee’s assignment and assignment details will appear. Copy the employee’s Assignment Number from the Assignment Number column and paste it into the offer when you create it. Ensure you use the assignment number for their active primary assignment.
