Duplicate a Requisition

If required – follow the steps outlined below to duplicate a requisition.

New Steps

This knowledge article will show you how to duplicate a requisition.

1. Sign into HRMS using your single sign-on ID and password.

2. Click ‘Talent Acquisition’. 

3. Click ‘Recruitment’. 

4. Click ‘Recruiting’.

5. Click ‘Requisitions’ on the top menu.

6. Search the requisition using various filters available on the left-hand panel.

7. Click ‘Apply Filters’.

8. Click the required requisition.

9. Click the icon for ‘Duplicate this requisition’.

10. Make required updates to the duplicated requisition.

11. Click ‘Save’ and then ‘Done’.

Legacy Recruiting Steps

This knowledge article will show you how to duplicate a requisition.

1. Sign into HRMS using your single sign-on ID and password.

2. Click ‘Talent Acquisition’. 

3. Click ‘Recruitment’. 

Note: A new window will open. If using Chrome, download Adobe Flash. 

4. Click ‘Legacy Recruiting’ under Quick Access. 

5. Click the drop-down arrow for ‘View the Search Options’. 

6. Click ‘Requisitions’ 

Note: The person icon will now change into a document icon. 

7. Type in the name of the requisition or the requisition number in the ‘Search Requisition’ field. 

8. Click ‘Enter’. 

9. Click the required requisition. 

10. Click the icon for ‘Duplicate this requisition’. 

11. Make required updates to the duplicated requisition. 

12. Click ‘Save and Close’.
