Print Correspondence

Learn how to print correspondence within the HRMS.


This knowledge article will show you how to print correspondence. Please note the following:

  1. Sign into HRMS using your single sign-on ID and password.
  2. Click ‘Talent Acquisition’.
  3. Click ‘Recruitment’.
  4. Search and select a candidate.
  5. Click on More Actions.
  6. Click on Send Correspondence.
  7. Click on Next.
  8. Select a Template on the left and click ‘Select Template’.
  9. Click on the Print button at the bottom
