Assignment Search Report
Lesson for non full-time recruitment process
If required – you may need to perform this action during Creation of an Offer in Step 1, before proceeding to next step.
Note – This is a mandatory step for Partial Load and Work Study Contracts.
This knowledge article will show you how to use the assignment search report.
1. Sign onto HRMS using your single sign-on ID and password.
2. Click ‘Talent Acquisition’.
3. Click ‘Assignment Search Report’.
4. Enter the employee’s ‘Last Name’.
5. Click ‘Apply’.
Note: The employee’s assignment and assignment details will appear.
