Request an Approval Reminder for an Offer

If required – follow the steps outlined below to learn how to request an approval reminder for an offer.
This knowledge article will show you how to request a reminder for approval for a pending offer.
1. Sign into HRMS using your single sign-on ID and password.
2. Click ‘Talent Acquisition’.
3. Click ‘Recruitment’.
4. Click on ‘Requsitions’.
5. Navigate to the requisition candidate offer that is pending approval.
6. Click on the ‘Job Submission’.
7. Click on ‘More Actions’ click on ‘Send Approval Reminder Request’.
8. An approval request email will be sent to the assigned Talent Acquisition Advisor.
