Managers will receive email notification of ‘Action required – Immediate Approval of time entries must be completed’ that includes a ‘Unapproved_Time_Details’ report every Tuesday, which lists all hours submitted by employees that are in unapproved status and is awaiting approval.
With Human Resource Management System (HRMS), Managers must approve time cards (of the previous week) every Tuesday by 5 PM. If the approval of hours have been completed prior to the Tuesday of receiving the report, HRMS will not send out the reminder email notification.
