Please explain what “Action required – Immediate Approval of time entries must be completed” means?
Managers will receive this email notification every Tuesday to approve any unapproved hours for their employees.
With the new system, Managers must approve time cards (of the previous week) every Tuesday by 5 PM. If the approval has already taken place, the system should not send out the reminder email.
