Employee cannot log in to HRMS

If an employee is unable to log in to HRMS, complete the following:

  • Confirm if the employee is an active employee/has an active contract.
  • If the employee is not active, they will not have access to HRMS
  • If the employee is active but still cannot log in, transfer to the Recruitment and Onboarding queue
