My direct report would like to use some of their lieu time and take a couple days off of work. Do I need to enter that absence into HRMS?

Lieu time is currently not tracked in the HRMS. However, should you want to track the absence, the employee can enter the absence as a Paid Leave with the reason: Personal Reasons and indicate in the comments they are using lieu time. For tracking the hours, please continue your current practice in your department/faculty.
