What do I do if I need to update or change my address to receive my T4 forms?

If you are an active employee please log into the HRMS and verify that the address is accurate. Please visit the Employee Personal Information Employee Learning Path to learn about the various ways you can view and update your personal information.

If you are not an active employee, please contact the HR Support Centre to verify that the address on our file is accurate.
