Employee Well-being and Engagement aims to inspire excellence by developing an employee engagement plan that promotes well-being, enhances motivation and facilitates a commitment to organizational goals and values.

The President’s Awards features a broad spectrum of award categories that align to Humber’s Core Values and enables eligibility for all employees, regardless of their contributions. The award nominations are open to employees at Humber and the University of Guelph-Humber.

Tuition Assistance Program (TAP)

Tuition assistance is available to employees under the Tuition Assistance Program (TAP) where Humber provides financial assistance for certificate, diploma, degree, doctoral programs and/or professional association courses taken at an accredited post-secondary institution or professional associations.
