Professional Development
The overarching principle behind Humber’s approach to professional development is to provide diverse, multi-layered programs and instruments that allow employees to meet their professional development needs and improve employee engagement.
The Leadership Development programs Humber provides are designed to enhance leaders’ ability to lead, grow future leaders, and support succession objectives.
College Leadership Excellence (CLE) Program
The College Leadership Excellence program is for mid-to-senior level leaders.
Intake: Registration is open enrollment and ongoing. Open enrollment registration opportunities are ongoing.
Instructions for New registrants:
Step 1: Complete and submit this Enrollment Form to Lam@collegesontario.org to register for the program.
Step 2: You will receive a notification that you have been registered for the program and will be granted access.
Step 3: You’ll need to register for the sessions in which you’re interested via the links in the CLE workroom.
