In this session we’ll show you how to use the Groups tool in Blackboard Ultra. We’ll look at how to create group assignments, activate and use group tools, and show the student experience. And of course, we’ll share some tips to help you set up your assignments more effectively.

This session will focus on how faculty can make their videos more inclusive and accessible. We’ll walk through how to select diverse and inclusive images, how to design accessible slides and visuals, and how to apply Closed Captioning using Panopto.  

We also introduce using Audio Descriptions for the learners who need it, and we share the “Making Accessible Media” resource, available to students, staff, and faculty at Humber
