The Strong Start workshop series provides first-year students with everything they need to know to succeed in post-secondary! Each workshop is 60 minutes long, where you will learn about how to get involved on campus, how to balance school and life commitments, essential study skills, goal setting, and much more! These workshops are a great way to meet other first-year students. At each workshop, we’ll give away $50 and $25 gift card raffle prizes. We can’t wait to see you there!
