Bachelor of Nursing - RPN to BN Bridging Program

Honours Degree

Program Code: 0706P

Length: 5 semesters

Admission restricted to graduates of the Humber College or Seneca College Practical Nursing diploma program within the last 5 years with a 74% or higher cumulative program GPA.

Humber is proud of its collaboration with the University of New Brunswick. Both institutions have long-standing traditions of excellence in nursing education in Canada. As a UNB-Humber Nursing student, you will complete your undergraduate degree studies at Humber in Toronto. Upon successful completion, you will receive a Bachelor of Nursing degree from the University of New Brunswick.

Our curriculum focuses on the nurse’s role in community/public health, primary health-care and acute-care settings. The program includes many hours (1400) of clinical/field practice where you will have the opportunity to put your nursing skills and knowledge to work in a supervised setting. Small class sizes of 35 - 40 students means you will get both individual and group learning opportunities. Your clinical experiences will be diverse and cover a broad range of settings including community agencies, schools, long-term care facilities and hospitals.
