Program Code: 09111
Campus: North, Lakeshore
Length: 4 semesters
If your goal is to earn a full diploma and to go on to degree-level studies, Humber’s General Arts and Science – University Transfer diploma program is the best choice for you. Once you have successfully completed our two-semester University Transfer certificate program or the College Transfer certificate program (with the bridging courses), you may continue to semesters three and four to take advanced-level courses and maximize your transferrable credits.
Based on your grades, there are over 20 different degree programs offered at Humber and University of Guelph-Humber where you can continue your studies with direct transfer credits. With the General Arts and Science diploma, you will be eligible for studies in the liberal arts, humanities or the social sciences at University of Toronto (both Mississauga and St. George campuses) with direct transfer credits equivalent to over a full year of university study (grade dependent). If you choose York University, you will have one full year of advanced standing. If you want to experience degree-level courses to prepare yourself for university, to gain admission to the best institutions and to get transfer credit too, then the General Arts and Science – University Transfer diploma program is for you.
Here is what you can expect in semesters three and four:
