Simulation - In Person
In this simulation session, learners will spend 5 days practicing core activities and tasks related to residential real estate transactions with an experienced real estate professional acting as a coach. The simulation and related assessments will work through all stages of a typical transaction and will cover various property types (for example, single-family homes and condominiums).
The experience will let learners apply knowledge and skills gained from the eLearning portion of the program in realistic simulated interactions.
Simulation sessions enable learners to apply their knowledge to real-life scenarios. In a structured and interactive classroom environment requiring mandatory attendance, learners will receive coaching and support from facilitators who are expert industry professionals. Responding to an industry ask to gain realistic, real-world experience, build confidence and prepare to enter the profession, the simulations were developed with input from experienced brokers and salespeople and experts in learning and development.
