Request an Examination Appeal Form

Learners that wish to challenge the results of an examination may submit an Examination Appeal.

An Appeal may only be submitted on one of the following grounds:

• Concerns about the accuracy, clarity of applicability of the exam;
• The examination process (i.e. compromised testing environment due to computer failure;
  disruption during examination; erroneous exam location details)

Each Appeal must include details supporting the reason for the appeal include examples or references to illustrate the concerns. Please review the examination policy prior to submitting an appeal.
