Share Content on Zoom

During large group or small group activities, you may be required to share content such as your participant workbook or word document to take notes of your group discussion, or one of your Forms to help you explain pre-printed clauses.

Using the SHARE SCREEN feature, you can toggle between sharing your screen and sharing your webcam as often as required.

In this video, you will learn how to share content on Zoom.

Sharing your Screen

1. On your device, open the content you want to share.
2. Click the Share Screen on the Zoom control bar.
3. In the new pop-up window, select the screen for your open applications that displays the content you want to share i.e. Participant Workbook. The selected screen will be highlighted. Then click Share.
4. When your content is shared, Zoom controls will convert into a control bar that you can move around your screen. And you will have the option to:
   • New Share.
   • Pause Share.
   • Resume Share.
   • Stop Share.
5. You can toggle between multiple tabs while in share screen to view different documents.
