Tri-agency Guide on Financial Administration (TAGFA) and Eligible Research Expenditures
12:15 P.M. - 1:00 P.M.
Attention all existing and emerging Humber Researchers! Did you know that the Tri-Agencies (The Canadian Institutes of Health Research, the Natural Sciences and Engineering Research Council of Canada, and the Social Sciences and Humanities Research Council of Canada) have implemented the new principles-based Tri-Agency Guide on Financial Administration (TAGFA) for research expenditures? TAGFA will promote efficiencies, reduce administrative burden, and provide greater flexibility to institutions and grant recipients in ensuring appropriate accountability and use of grant funds. Humber’s Office of Research & Innovation has developed a webpage (https://humber.ca/research/tagfa) with more information and resources. Join us in this 45-min webinar to learn more about TAGFA and eligible projects.
Dr. Tania Massa, Humber College's Associate Dean, Applied Research and Innovation, will be leading this session. As an innovation program management expert, she has extensive experience in designing, operating, strategically planning and closing out over 30 complex innovation programs resulting in novel delivery models, innovation procurement, technology adoption, economic and talent development in public and private sectors.
