Researchers! Join us to learn more about NSERC’s Applied Research and Development (ARD) grants to support research and development (R&D) projects led by college researchers in partnership with private sector, public sector or not-for-profit organizations based in Canada while encouraging collaboration with universities and/or other colleges. This opportunity allows the development and strengthening of research links and collaborations between different institutions and/or partners that have a common goal of creating economic, social and/or environmental benefits while contributing to the research ecosystem continuum.

Facilitator Bio

Raeshelle Morris-Griffith holds a Masters in Leadership from the University of Guelph, a double major honors Bachelor’s Degree in Management and Organizational Studies from the University of Western Ontario, and she is also a certified project manager (PMP). She is trained in Creative Problem Solving, Values-Based Innovation through Values- Perspectives, Design Thinking, Change Management and Human-Centred Design. She has also obtained her Green Belt in Innovation Strategy Management through Innovation 360. Juan Felipe Garcia An engineer by education, Felipe attained his bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Los Andes, Colombia, in 2018. His desire to pursue Project Management and his enthusiasm to explore the world beyond Colombia landed him in Canada in December 2019. He then acquired his post-graduate certificate in Project Management from Centennial College School of Business, Ontario, in 2020.
