Class Description

Love walking but want more of a workout?  Join us for a walk through the arboretum and along the Humber Trail for this low-impact, full-body workout.  Pole Walking provides a 25% increase in cardiovascular activity, burns 20-46% more calories than regular walking, and is a full-body workout that utilizes 90% of your muscles!    Walking can be done without the poles for those who simply want to enjoy a walk in nature with us.  Poles are provided.
