SPRING INTO HEALTHY EATING: A Health Promotion Event for Humber Students

On behalf of the Student Wellness & Accessibility Center, third year Clinical Nursing students present a health promotion event on nutrition aand healthy eating.

Drop in at the first floor LRC Concourse on Friday, March 13 to play educational games (and win food prizes!) on topics identified as priorities from a survey of 500 Humber students:

• Meal planning, grocery shopping, and prepping
• Information about nutritional deficiencies
• Information about different types of diets and weight management

In collaboration with the Humber Nutrition Club and Grab & Go Food Cart.
