Humber College and Olds College have collaborated on the development of an educational pathway in which graduates of the Landscape Technician diploma program may apply for admission into Olds' Bachelor of Applied Science: Horticulture. Olds College will grant admission to its 60 credit hours (30 credit hours for 10 academic courses, 30 credit hours for an eight-month Directed Field Studies program), two-year Bachelor of Applied Science Degree program (Horticulture) to qualified graduates of the Landscape Technician Diploma program at Humber. Admission Requirement Applicants must have achieved a minimum cumulative Grade Point Average of 2.5 (on the four point grading system). Students are able to apply as of October 1 prior to the academic year they are wishing to enter and are offered Early Admission into the program until their final transcripts are submitted.
