Global Business Management (20841)

Humber and the University of Incarnate Word (UIW) have entered into an agreement to facilitate the transfer of students from the Public Relations graduate certificate program in which a block transfer of 12 credit hours into UIW's Master of Business Administration (MBA) is granted.  Students will be required to complete 24 credits to earn the degree.  Applicants may have the option to apply for a General MBA or a MBA with a specific concentration in Human Resource Management, Data Analytics or Asset Management.

Admission Requirement

Applicants will be considered for acceptance into the MBA based on requirements as set forth in the UIW Graduate Bulletin for international students including:

  • successful completion of one of the above graduate certificate programs with a GPA of 70% or higher;
  • submission of an official Humber transcript;
  • submission of proof of completion of a Bachelors degree from an accredited college/university.  

Admission to the academic programs listed is at the sole discretion of the partner post-secondary institution. Please contact the institution for detailed admission requirements.

Research Analyst (15021)

Humber and the University of Incarnate Word (UIW) have entered into an agreement to facilitate the transfer of students from the Research Analyst Graduate Certificate for a block transfer of six (6) credit hours into UIW's Master of Business Administration (MBA) program. Students will be required to complete 24 credits to earn the degree.  

Admission Requirement

Applicants will be considered for acceptance into the MBA based on requirements as set forth in the UIW Graduate Bulletin for international students including:

  • successful completion of the Research Analyst program; 
  • GPA of 3.0 or better out of a 4.0 grading scale;
  • submission of an official Humber transcript;
  • submission of proof of completion of a Bachelors degree from an accredited college/university.  (Students who do not hold a Bachelor of Business degree may be required to complete the Common Professional Components of Accounting for non-Business majors, Microeconomics and Statistics during their first semester.  These courseare are at the undergraduate level and are in addition to the MBA course requirements.)
