Alexia Bowen

Transfer Student Alumni

Alexia has been a transfer student 3 times over. She transferred to Humber to complete a diploma after studying for one year at a university. After completing her diploma at Humber, she chose to continue her studies by transferring to a degree program within' Humber. She did so by using a pre-built, established pathway. Her final transfer will be to transfer out of Humber to complete her master's. Once again, she has chosen a school that has an established partnership with Humber (a direct pathway). This will once again allow her to shorten the time needed to complete her studies in her master’s program. According to Alexia, all three of her transfers were relatively easy to get done thanks to the assistance she received from the Humber Student Transfer Services.

Over the years, he jumped from one career possibility to another, trying to find a fit that would satisfy him to no avail.
Looking into media programs in Ontario, he knew Humber was the ideal place for him based on its reputation and industry-standard staff and facilities. Utilizing the fantastic transfer options available, he was able to “transfer with-in” Humber, moving successfully from one program to another. Now, he is on his way to completing a degree, something he thought he would never be able to accomplish.
