Student Services Update

Dear Students,

As Summer 2021 semester programs and courses are primarily being delivered remotely/online, we are committed to continuing to provide many online services to support your academic and personal success. We will work hard to meet your needs by phone, online, and using tools such as Blackboard or Microsoft Teams to maintain a virtual, personal connection.

Our aim, as always, is to support your health and well-being. We will adjust our plans and offerings in response to changing conditions and your feedback.

We understand this is a challenging time. Counselling appointments are available virtually by telephone or video. You can book an appointment by contacting or by phone at 416-675-5090 (North) or 416-675-6622 ext. 3331 (Lakeshore).

For after-hours counselling support, you can access the Good2Talk Helpline at 1-866-925-5454, or use Therapy Assist Online, which provides online and mobile tools.

As the Summer term is coming to a close, it is time to start thinking about returning the rental textbooks. You can return your rentals to the store or ship using the carrier of your choice at your expense. Include your Name, Patron ID with your rental return. You will receive emails with return instructions before your due date of AUGUST 20th, 2021. All emails list your Patron ID.

Sign into your account using the same email address you provided at the register in-store or entered when you rented online. Note: If you don’t know your password, that’s OK – just click “Forgot Password” to reset. Once you’ve signed in, you will be navigated to the Rentals page to view your Rental Account Information and Rental History. Click “Return all Rentals by Mail” and follow the steps to print your packing slip.

Print your packing slip and include in your rental shipment. Your packing slip is crucial to include in your box – it identifies you, what you’re returning, and where to send your rentals.

Please take a moment to read our Rental Textbook FAQ for answers to our most received inquiries.

Online orders will be shipped to students' homes or to an address of their choice within 24 to 48 hours.
