Tip: Modify grades within a specific assessment and avoid modifying grades within the Gradebook itself.
In the Gradebook, overall grades should be displayed in one of the following colors: green, lime green, yellow, orange, or red. If no grades have been added, nothing will be displayed.
Note that if you modify “Overall Grade” directly:

- the colour of the indicator will change to gray
- the grade will remain fixed
- automatic calculation will be disabled
If you need to override a student’s grade, please do so within a specific assessment instead.
If you have modified a grade within “Overall Grade”, simply click the gray pill, then select “Undo Override”.
