For faculty and staff — complete this ticket to identify the support you need (Blackboard included) and how you’d like us to contact you. We aim to respond within one business day (note that high demand periods like start-up may delay us to two days). 

Blackboard Support for Students

This quick request is for students who need help with the LMS. (Faculty and staff, please send Blackboard support requests via the “Get Support” link.) 

Book a 1-1 Support Session

For faculty and staff – book a meeting with one of our support advisors via MS Teams or in-person at North or Lake (*we recommend booking in-person meetings in advance). Meetings are available during support center hours and are often available almost immediately. 

LMS Blackboard Ultra Admin Requests

Use this form to request cross-listing (merge sections), revoke, extend or grant access, request a primary, development or training course. Note that associate dean approval is required for all Bb admin requests (prompts are included in the form).
